Originally, she was one of Dinasty's Big Four, Sister Abeille. Ushio is the cool type who doesn't talk much. When she gets angry she is a very scary woman. Amongst all of the Papillon Soldiers, she boasts the most overwhelming power.
During the final battle with Regina Apis to defend Kabukicho, Dahlia protected Rose, and died a heroic death.
