Here you will find helpful information for dealing with two of the larger companies that sell Papillon Rose merchandise. If you have any problems even after reading all of this, feel free to contact me for more help.

:Helpful Tips for Buying from Pink Company:
Pink Company can be a little hard to buy from sometimes, as they no longer have anything besides the Papillon Rose New Season soundtrack advertised on their website.
Send and e-mail to info@pinkco.net asking about Papillon Rose merchandise. I usually do this with an e-mail as simple as "What Papillon Rose merchandise do you currently have for sale?".
It may take a day or two to get a response (in some cases even longer, depending on whether their english speaking representative is on vacation or not). When you do get a response back, it will most likely be from the address kageyama@pinkco.net (the name will display as mio_kageyama in your inbox and the person will sign their e-mails with the name Hiroshi, Hiro Ugata or Hiroshi Ugata). You can respond to that person using the reply function, but try not to send mail to that address as your first message, because it might confuse them (I'm only mentioning the address here so the change doesn't confuse anyone).
They will most likely give you a detailed listing of Papillon Rose items that they currently have for sale, including prices and maybe even the shipping estimate to the United States. If any of the items that are listed of appeal to you, send an e-mail back with them included, stating that you wish to buy them (I suggest copy and pasting the descriptions of the items that are given to you, because I have run into a problem once when trying to explain things on my own to them).
You will soon get an e-mail back with the total cost of the items (all the items and the shipping price to the United Staes. If you do not live in the United States please remember to mention this to them so they can adjust the shipping price), and be told to send payment to their Paypal address.
If you do not have the ability to pay through Paypal, you may want to try to ask about other payment options. I personally do not know what other payment types they take, as I've always used Paypal.
Now here is the important thing to keep in mind. They will be shipping your items using EMS, which is a very speedy way to get things around the world. Depending on where you are it can take 2-3 days to arrive, and there is tracking... however, they do not generally give you the tracking number nor inform you that the items have been shipped. So you will need to keep an eye out for your package starting around two days after you sent your payment.

OfficeF&O can also be a little tricky to buy from. You can check their website and see if they have any items for sale that you want, if you are unsure about what all they have, feel free to send them an e-mail message asking to make sure that everything on their site is actually still available (and see if they have anything not listed on the website). The e-mail address for them is kaigai@officefao.com.
If you see what you want to order on their website, then send them an e-mail with the following information.
Your name.
Your address.
The item title, catalog number, and price.
Your e-mail address (it is probably possible to leave this out, as you're sending an e-mail).

You should recieve a response after a few days confirming whether they still have the items or not, and telling you what the full price will be. They only take International Postal Money Orders (available at post offices), so you will have to end up mailing one to them (they will provide the address to send payment to), but I think they do end up telling you when they have shipped out your items. Just know that all together it is going to take about a week or more.
