Here you will find helpful information for dealing with one of the larger companies that sells Papillon Rose merchandise. If you have any problems even after reading all of this, feel free to contact me for more help. Please note that I have removed the Pink Company part of this guide as currently they do not have any Papillon Rose merchandise listed on their website so it is my belief that they do not sell it anymore, until I find out more information I will leave the guide as it is.

OfficeF&O can also be a little tricky to buy from. You can check their website and see if they have any items for sale that you want, if you are unsure about what all they have, feel free to send them an e-mail message asking to make sure that everything on their site is actually still available (and see if they have anything not listed on the website). The e-mail address for them is kaigai@officefao.com.
If you see what you want to order on their website, then send them an e-mail with the following information.
Your name.
Your address.
The item title, catalog number, and price.
Your e-mail address (it is probably possible to leave this out, as you're sending an e-mail).

You should recieve a response after a few days confirming whether they still have the items or not, and telling you what the full price will be. They only take International Postal Money Orders (available at post offices), so you will have to end up mailing one to them (they will provide the address to send payment to), but I think they do end up telling you when they have shipped out your items. Just know that all together it is going to take about a week or more.
